Welcome to Arkansas Momentos! We are so excited to work with you to create unique tintype portraits. These Studio Policies (“Agreement”) form a binding legal agreement between Arkansas Momentos (“Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“Client” or “your”) for your photography session (“Session”). By booking a session or making a payment, you agree to these shared terms and expectations.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• When You Need to Reschedule or Cancel: We know life happens! If you need to change or cancel your session with more than 48 hours’ written notice, we will happily issue a free Rescheduling Credit Voucher toward a future booking. Because tintype chemistry and scheduling take careful preparation, cancellations made within 48 hours or missed appointments (“No-Shows”) are non-refundable.
• When We Need to Reschedule or Cancel: If unforeseen circumstances or bad weather force us to cancel your session, we will gladly issue a full refund or provide a Rescheduling Credit Voucher so we can capture your images another time.

Plates & Image Usage Rights

You will take home the beautiful physical tintype plates created during your session, along with high-resolution digital scans. As the creator, Arkansas Momentos retains the copyrights and ownership of the photographs, plates, and digital assets.

We love sharing the art we create together! Unless you request a Private Session Opt-Out before your session (see below), you grant us permission to share digital scans or photos of your plates on our website, portfolio, social media, gallery displays, and in exhibition or publication.

Privacy & Data Handling

We value your trust and privacy. When you book with us, we collect basic details—such as your name, email, phone number, and payment information—strictly to manage your session and deliver your images.

• Data Usage: Your personal info is only used to coordinate your booking, process payments, and send occasional studio news.
• No Selling or Sharing: We never sell, trade, or rent your personal details to outside parties.
• Payment Security: All payments are handled through secure, PCI-compliant payment partners. We never store financial or credit card numbers on our servers.

Private Sessions & Non-Disclosure (Opt-Out)

If you prefer to keep your portraits private, we are more than happy to honor a Private Session Opt-Out. When requested, your images will remain completely confidential and won’t be used publicly.

To opt out of public image sharing, simply send us an email at Hello@ArkansasMomentos.com before your scheduled session time. We will confirm your session as private.

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Limitation of Liability: While we do everything possible to ensure a wonderful session, our maximum legal liability for any claims or issues arising from our services or this Agreement is limited to the total amount you paid for the session.

Governing Law & Agreement: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. It represents our full agreement regarding your session and replaces any prior discussions or understandings.
